Job Title: Data Engineer

The CareCone Group is seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data needs and implement data storage solutions such as data lakes and data warehouses.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Data Pipelines: Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL/ELT processes for efficient data flow and transformation.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data needs and requirements.
  • Implement Data Storage Solutions: Design, build, and maintain data lakes and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Security: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our data infrastructure.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data storage solutions. Experience with Big-Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
