Example: troubleshooting sales systems, providing information, guidance and training to staff.**What You'll Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus* Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role* Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI* Proven experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning* Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights* Experience supporting senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning* Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Experience with sales compensation design or systems (e.g., Xactly) is a plus* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement**Core values required of all** **Simpro****, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark** **employees:**While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it's important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
