This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example — whether that's closing a sale, supporting a member on their fitness journey, or ensuring the club runs smoothly day-to-day.Your day will include:Driving membership growth and achieving sales KPIsActively generating leads, referrals, and community outreach opportunitiesEngaging with members to boost retention and re-ignite inactive membershipsPromoting health, fitness, and club activities on social mediaManaging daily operations to keep the club professional, welcoming, and vibrantInspiring your team and contributing to a high-performance, positive cultureAbout YouWe're looking for someone who's as enthusiastic about fitness as they are about business growth.
You're a natural leader with strong sales skills, who thrives in a people-first, high-energy environment.You'll bring:1–2 years sales experience (fitness industry experience a bonus)Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approachPassion for health, fitness, and living an active lifestyleOutstanding people skills with the ability to inspire and influenceConfidence using social media (Instagram & Facebook) to promote and engageAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamSolid admin, organisational, and process-driven skillsAvailability across a Monday–Saturday rosterExtra skills that set you apart:Business-savvy mindset with focus on best practice operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly professional presentation and work ethicNatural ability to build connections with anyoneWhy Anytime Fitness?
