Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality professional, responsible for driving the strategic direction of our club group.

We are seeking an experienced Club or Operations Manager to lead and motivate our management team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging staff growth and development.

The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience in managing medium to large hospitality establishments, with a proven track record in revenue growth, marketing and membership.

The key attributes we look for include:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as a manager in a hospitality establishment providing food, beverage and gaming services.
  • An understanding and proven ability to drive revenue growth, marketing and membership.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate a cohesive management team.
  • A strong understanding of modern HR practices and compliance.

Possession of hospitality or management qualifications at a Diploma level or above would be an advantage.
