Assistant Manager and Duty Manager required to showcase their skills and work in one of the best locations in Australia
Our $8m renovations are now completed, including a high-end cocktail/tapas bar, new kitchen/bar, and expanded beachfront seating.
If you want to work in a one-stop entertainment venue with forward-thinking Managers and challenge yourself, then this is the long-term job for you.
You must have:
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably in a high-volume Club or Pub - this is essential
Exceptional cash handling skills and proficiency in back-of-house procedures such as completing DTS, banking, reconciling tills/floats, and roster costing.
High-level knowledge of compliance and the Liquor Act.
Previous experience with POS systems, Deputy, CRT, and Maxgaming is preferred.
Ability to think outside the box and make confident decisions.
Hands-on approach and readiness to lead from the front.
Experience with Gaming, TAB, and Keno.
Current qualifications - RSG, Approved Managers Licence, and RMLV.
Available for a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
