You'll create a safe, welcoming atmosphere while driving profitability and efficiency across the venue.What We're Looking For:Proven experience managing venue or hospitality operations (community clubs a bonus)Strong leadership skills and a knack for coaching and rostering staffSolid financial management abilities, including budgets, stock, and POS systemsGreat communication skills and a customer-first mindsetKnowledge of licensing, health & safety, and compliance frameworksSomeone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and keeps cool under pressureRequirements:RSA, RSG, and RMLV (ideal) certificationsPrevious experience in a similar roleStrong communication skills, patience and positive mindsetReady to Step Up?
