Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Membership Manager to lead our team in driving membership growth and delivering a superior member experience.

This role is responsible for maximizing club visitation and member engagement through effective team management, sales strategy, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase club visitation and member retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive member experience
