- Right at Home is one of the largest home care providers in the world, with approximately 600 offices in eight countries._
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the General Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for leading and integrating our people & workforce management, strategic planning, marketing, change & communications functions. People and Culture Manager will drive strategic initiatives that align with our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement to lead our transformation agenda with sustainable results._
**Qualifications**:
- To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:_
- _Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline._
- _Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior People & Culture, HR Management or strategic leadership role, preferably within the aged care, community care or healthcare sector (desirable)._
- _Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and regulatory compliance._
- _Experience leading the resolution of workplace issues such as grievances, termination, disciplinary and performance management._
- _Significant experience leading the design and implementation of learning & capability programs and best practice HR technology infrastructure._
- _Significant experience leading organisational transformation projects, and associated cultural change management and staff communication activities._
- _Proven track record of successfully leading organisational strategy development, business planning activities and organisational development initiatives._
- _Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to build trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organisation._
- _Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model._
