About the Role:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Lead and direct all aspects of the People and Culture Team.
  • Presentation of a strong and healthy culture across all locations.
  • Drive internal processes such as performance reviews, training, team building, cultural initiatives, onboarding, offboarding, team engagement, payroll and recruitment.
  • Coach managers on people management, employee relationships, development plans etc.
  • Develop and improve policies, systems and processes.
  • Conduct Annual Culture Audits to gather feedback from the team.
  • Manage the People and Culture Team.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of culture in the workplace.
  • Good understanding of people management and culture development.
  • Ability to lead a team and drive various initiatives.
  • Discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Act with respect, honor and integrity.
