**People & Culture Coordinator Part Time**

This opportunity may suit a HR Uni Graduate or someone looking for a great work/life balance.

**The Role**: This part-time position 16hrs. (Mon - Thurs) is all about ensuring our team members' employment journey is smooth and seamless. You'll be the go-to person for People & Culture administration, working closely with Payroll and Retail Operations to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Managing status changes for our store team members, support centre, and distribution centre
- Supporting new team members with onboarding and probationary reviews
- Ensuring visa requirements and parental leave documentation are up to date
- Keeping our HR system (Dayforce) accurate and organised
- Reviewing and improving processes to make things easier for our teams
- Assisting with workers' compensation administration and compliance

- Retail experience (we love a background in stores)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Are a university graduate or currently studying HR
