**Your responsibilities**

As t he People & Culture Administrator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant.
- Supporting the People and Culture Team with the recruitment and on-boarding of new co-workers.
- Supporting the People and Culture Team to ensure all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely manner.
- Providing support for first level HR enquiries including policies and procedures, enterprise agreement, leave entitlements, etc.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system.
- Supporting the People & Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required.

**Together as a team**

Together the People & Culture team supports the delivery of the People & Culture Action Plan, People & Culture idea and the IKEA Business Operations by working in conjunction with all business functions and co-workers in store. With a key focus on IKE A co-workers, customers and the IKEA business, a pivotal role with this function lies in securing the co-worker experience, sup porting leaders to ensure their teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources to create a better everyday life for the many people.

Additional information

This role is permanent full time, 76 hours/fortnight.
