Alwyndor is looking for a People and Culture Administrator to join our team in Hove. Owned by the City of Holdfast Bay, Alwyndor is the operator of the Dorothy Cheater Trust. We deliver on-site residential care and outreach community and therapy services to the area's older population.

**About the role**:
As a part of our People and Culture team, you will provide administrative support to the team. You will undertake a variety of tasks including:

- Employee administration including employee related documentation and mandatory compliance monitoring
- Recruitment administration including preparing interview packs, coordinating interviews and induction
- Learning and Development administration including operating our online Learning Management System; Bridge
- Providing service and support to our employees regarding people and culture related matters
- Supporting the People and Culture team including general administrative responsibilities

**You will have**:

- At least 12 months experience in fast paced administration or a similar role (HR preferred)
- Well organised with excellent time management and prioritising ability
- Ability to provide professional customer service via phone, written and face to face
- Able to work in a faced paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for learning new things with a high attention to detail
- Fully vaccinated including 2 Covid plus Booster and Annual Flu Vaccination
