Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is on the hunt for a motivated & hands-on Cafe Manager to co-lead our vibrant, fast-paced café.
We've been part of the Pacific Fair community for 10 years, known for our all-day breakfast, lunch, coffee & crafted cold drinks, and coastal-inspired vibe.What You'll Be DoingLead, inspire & develop our high-performing teamCo-lead daily operations, including rostering, stock, compliance, and recruitmentMaintain high quality food, coffee, and service standardsContribute to process improvements & menu innovationMonitor KPIs, budgets, and cost controlAct as a local leader, reporting to an interstate head officeWhat You'll BringHospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced caféStrong coffee knowledge and service focusKnowledge & passion for food and beverageStrong work ethic, excellent communication and team development skillsMaturity and initiative to manage the venue independently of interstate ownersFull working rights + ability to pass a police checkWhy Join Us?
