We're on the lookout for someone who knows how to run a shift, keep the vibe buzzing, and look after a small crew like they're family.
With rotating shifts and some late night closes, you'll need to be flexible, switched on, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shiftAbout you:You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervisingYou've learned from great managers and now you're ready to step upYou've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is awayYou've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirementsIf you're keen to learn, lead, and laugh while making this pub the best spot in town – we'd love to hear from you.The benefits are good too
