**About Scope**
Scope's purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.
**About The Role**
Play an integral part in the implementation of business improvement initiatives through the analysis of business processes and coordination of change management activities.
- Support projects that focus on the development of new processes and procedures to improve service delivery and ultimately customer satisfaction
- Support the identification of opportunities for business improvement
- Support the co-design of business solutions in collaboration with other business functions
- Manage the development of training material and job aids to support system and feature adoption
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes and action lists
**About You**
- Qualification in project management, process improvement, administration or a related field and/or level of experience appropriate to requirements of the position
- Strong system thinking, business analysis and process improvement skills
- Excellent collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership will all level managers and staff
- Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to respond to whatever the situation requires.
- Passion for improving processes and working in the Disability Sector
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to approach change with positivity.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, design thinking (HCD), experience designing or similar would be highly regarded
