About the Role

The role of Key Performance Improvement Coordinator plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless delivery of communication initiatives.

As an Operations Analyst, you'll lead and coordinate the delivery of business-led changes across our suite of customer communications.

  • You will work closely with key stakeholders to capture requirements and define the scope of planned work
  • Conduct thorough UAT and PVT on all communication assets to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and align with business objectives
  • Manage exception activities through daily monitoring and reconciliation of communications and reports
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation to support consistency, efficiency, and continuity across the function
  • Drive process improvements, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed frameworks
