Job Overview

As a coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of people systems. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, embedding strong governance practices, and driving process improvement across HR services, HR systems, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of small projects across cyclical processes and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely quality delivery
  • Develop and maintain governance artefacts including data dictionaries, process maps, and SOPs
  • Lead current-state and future-state process mapping with HR, payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver efficiencies and improved service
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider teams including SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, and time attendance

About The Role

  • Degree in business, human resources, computing, or related field
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for governance and process excellence
  • Experience coordinating small systems or process re-engineering projects
  • Comfortable with HR and/or payroll systems, data, and digital tools (SAP SuccessFactors an advantage)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
