This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team as we drive process excellence within our Amazon Last Mile Delivery business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in logistics and data analysis, as well as relevant understanding of operational processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating changes across all Delivery Station operations, providing teams with alignment and knowledge before change is approved.
This role involves monitoring the adoption of changes after implementation, creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams, and driving overall process alignment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing a deep knowledge of operational processes;
- Analyzing data to generate and explain metrics;
- Solving complex problems with simple and practical solutions;
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements;
