**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Due to recent restructure and growth, we currently have the position for **Customer Service** at our **Heidelberg West**manufacturing facility:

- incoming and outbound calls experience
- customer sales order entry
- supporting finance with collection of payments
- Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- working as part of a team
- efficient and neat work ethic
- reliable and dedicated
- general administration
- a hands-on and 'can do' approach to getting the job done.

Our customer service team operate between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is not a full time position. We are looking for someone who is available between our core hours of 9am-3pm as a minimum. The ability to cover staff leave on other days would be beneficial.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
