**Role**: Regional Account Manager
**Location**: NSW, Australia
**Salary**: $120K to $160K plus super

**Position**:
We are seeking a motivated and solution-driven individual to manage and service customers in NSW. The role involves acting as a point of contact with existing customers, retaining relationships focused on client satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and business growth. This position is based at home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Sales General Manager, ensuring effective service delivery to customers within NSW.
- Analyze and review the customer base to identify needs, potential for growth, inefficiencies, and financial terms.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, boost client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Stay informed on key projects, industry trends, and competitor activities to deepen your understanding of Company's business and the broader market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular training sessions, participation in tradeshows, and ongoing communication.
- Advocate for Company's products and services to ensure clients achieve success.
- Work closely with the Sales General Manager to maintain 100% client retention across all existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support the growth of specific product lines and meet revenue goals.
- Achieve all performance targets as set by the Sales General Manager for 2024/2025.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, or Engineering within the relevant industry.
- Proven experience with PV Mounting Solutions in the Australian market.
- Highly driven with a strong aptitude for recognizing opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- A degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
