**What this opportunity involves**:
Minor Works Manager is responsible for the management of individual multidiscipline projects ranging in value from $25,000 to $80,000 (incl. GST) that are determined as "minor works" aligned to the Deed. You will manage all phases of Real Estate Project Management activities including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Provide professional project planning support and management for all assigned projects as well as daily responsibility for all activities executed under their project plan.
Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting
Manage security clearance requirements and obligations in relation to delivery of works.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers. This includes but is not limited to the Entity stakeholders, JLL Facilities Managers, JLL Project Managers and WoAG Security Manager.
Build and develop effective Entity / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation on facilities and services related matters
Management of services and alignment of asset management in relation to scope of works required under JLL's responsibilities align to P&
Coordination of projects with Facilities Managers to limit any disruption to site or ongoing services.
Identify "small works" pipeline, based on availability of asset data, LCAM recommendations (trends), engagement with Facilities Managers in support of vendor recommendations and/or quoting.
A dynamic, engaging and passionate individual with a proven track record in the facilities management industry with a history of achieving service excellence.
You lead the way in achieving positive outcomes. You're also a strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively. You are also proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Additionally you have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Facility, Project or related field
- Strong communication, analytical, organisation and presentation skills
- Strong financial management
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project or Facility management would be an advantage
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite of products essential
