Job Overview

The role of Property Operations Officer is a critical one within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage minor building projects, spatial management of floorplans, relocation management, and other related tasks.

About the Position

As a member of the Facilities Team, you will provide administrative support and work effectively in a small team environment. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, processing invoices, and developing reports and analysis on property services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Minor Building Projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Spatial Management of floorplans including updates/changes, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Relocation management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Block and Stack planning and execution, optimizing space utilization and reducing waste.
  • Adhoc analysis of building maintenance and accommodation change requests, providing insightful recommendations and solutions.
  • Report development for committees and the executive, presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Provide adhoc administrative assistance to support team tasks, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality output.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or equivalent residency status.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role, with a strong focus on administration, project management, and spatial management.
