**Job Description:**

As a Maintenance Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of timely and high-quality maintenance and minor works services in a multi-disciplined team environment. This includes the management of statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance services as well as minor capital works across the University.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outcomes of timely and high-quality maintenance and minor works services
  • Oversight of statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance services
  • Management of minor capital works

**Requirements and Qualifications:

- A relevant trade or technical qualification

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to forecast workloads and assign tasks accordingly
