**Telco Analyst**:

**As the Telecommunication analyst your key responsibilities will be**:

- Manage and optimise support services provided by third party Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) provider ensuring Service Level Agreements are, at minimum, met
- Review and audit telecommunication vendor invoices
- Validate accounting structure (business units, general ledger accounts, company codes and cost centres) are accurate and reflect the current state of accounting structure
- Work in collaboration with Finance and IT department to develop functional specifications for system enhancements or reporting
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and analyse monthly telecommunication costs for all locations
- Support on-boarding of new Telecommunication contracts
- Policy, Process and Procedure documentation development, maintenance and enforcement.
- Continuously review systems and processes for improvements, preparing the necessary documentation for change and managing the implementation.

- Customer service focused with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.

**Education / Experience**
- Experience in a proven related role/industry is desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing telecommunication service delivery
- Experience working with financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and reporting
