Company : Vivid Techno Solutions ( End Client (Confidential – Major Telco)

About the Role :

Vivid Techno Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a key engagement with one of our leading Telco clients in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to elicit requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and testers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
  • Analyze current state processes and design future state solutions
  • Assist in the development of business cases and impact assessments
  • Support UAT and training activities where required
  • Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience :

5–8 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong experience in the Telecommunications industry (must-have)Proven experience with enterprise-level transformation or IT projectsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work in both Agile and Waterfall project environmentsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similarAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have :

Experience with OSS / BSS systemsExposure to CRM, Billing, or Network Management systems in TelcoCertification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
