About the Role:

Vivid Techno Solutions is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to join our team for a key engagement with one of our leading Telco clients in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to elicit requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and testers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
  • Analyze current state processes and design future state solutions
  • Assist in the development of business cases and impact assessments
  • Support UAT and training activities where required
  • Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in the
    Telecommunications
    industry (must-have)
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level transformation or IT projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OSS/BSS systems
  • Exposure to CRM, Billing, or Network Management systems in Telco
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
