Pega Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega business analyst to join our team in Sydney. This client-facing role requires a strong background in the telecommunications sector and expertise in Pega applications.
As a Pega business analyst, you will be responsible for creating Pega applications that solve core challenges for our telco clients, improving their operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, leading workshops with client stakeholders, defining business requirements, translating needs into technical specifications and process flows, building Pega application components, and providing expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Pega Expertise: Proven hands-on experience as a business analyst on a Pega project is essential.
- Telco Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry is a must-have, including a strong understanding of core telco business processes (e.g., BSS/OSS, order-to-activate, lead-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve).
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
- Functional & Technical Versatility: Ability to seamlessly switch between functional analysis (gathering requirements, process mapping) and technical development (configuration, hands-on implementation).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and think critically.
