Business Analyst

Company : Vivid Techno Solutions ( End Client (Confidential – Major Telco)About the Role : Vivid Techno Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a key engagement with one of our leading Telco clients in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to elicit requirements Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and testers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented Analyze current state processes and design future state solutions Assist in the development of business cases and impact assessments Support UAT and training activities where required Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle Required Skills & Experience :5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in the Telecommunications industry (must-have)Proven experience with enterprise-level transformation or IT projects Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall project environments Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have : Experience with OSS / BSS systems Exposure to CRM, Billing, or Network Management systems in Telco Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Information Services, Telecommunications, and Technology, Information and Media Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Vivid Techno Solutions Pty Ltd by 2x Get notified about new Business Analyst jobs in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
