In this role, you'll be the friendly face and key connector for our energy retail partners across Australia, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping shape long-term success.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Owning and growing relationships with energy partnersActing as the main link between our business and partnersConducting partner catch-ups (in person in Melbourne – some travel required)Leading WIP meetings and maintaining project momentumPresenting meaningful quarterly reviewsIdentifying opportunities for improvement and growth and implementing themCreating clear partner reports and developing smarter reporting toolsSupporting partnership strategy and contract negotiationsManaging invoicing, payments, and audits efficientlyCollaborating with product teams to meet partner needsContributing insights and ideas to shape the future of partnershipsThe BenefitsAt Compare the Market and iSelect, we foster a dynamic, collaborative environment where your skills are valued.
