The OpportunityWe're on the lookout for a people-powered Partner Manager to join our Brisbane team In this role, you'll be the friendly face and key connector for our energy retail partners across Australia - keeping things running smoothly day-to-day while helping shape big-picture success. If you love building strong relationships, juggling moving parts, and turning great ideas into action, this could be your perfect next step. Day to day, you'll be:
- Owning and growing awesome relationships with multiple energy partners
- Being the go-to link between our business and theirs
- Running fun and productive partner catch-ups (in person in Melbourne – yes, some travel)
- Leading WIP meetings and keeping things on track
- Presenting quarterly reviews that actually mean something
- Spotting opportunities to improve and grow - then making them happen
- Crafting clear, helpful partner reports and smarter reporting tools
- Shaping our partnerships strategy and supporting key contract negotiations
- Keeping invoicing, payments, and audits smooth and stress-free
- Working with product teams to make sure partners get what they need
- Helping shape the future with your insights, ideas, and energy

You're an experienced relationship pro with impressive experience in partner, client or account management roles. Commercially savvy and results-driven, you know how to grow partnerships and boost performance. Ideally, you've worked in a regulated industry (bonus points if it's in energy, finance or essential services)
- A clear, confident communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships with ease
- Super organised and detail-focused
- Able to manage competing priorities like a pro and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Open to monthly travel to Melbourne
