**The Role**:
The overall purpose of the Maintenance Coordinator is to ensure all property, including buildings, grounds, plant, fixtures and equipment owned and operated by Anglicare Southern Queensland are maintained at a standard appropriate for the safe and effective delivery of services. This role will also assist in reoccurring maintenance schedules.

**Duties**:

- Action, prioritise and plan all job requests to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Schedule preventative, planned and reactive maintenance for all Anglicare SQ properties including buildings, grounds, plant, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Ensure property related maintenance activities are completed within acceptable risk levels in a cost-efficient manner, considering Workplace Health and Safety and suitability requirements.
- Identify, negotiate and establish new contractors, and provide ongoing coordination and management to ensure performance and service delivery.
- Undertake contractor work quality & cost analysis, conduct inspections and ensure efficiencies and best practice.
- Provide after hours on-call support.

**What we are looking for**:

- Maintenance or facilities management experience (Aged Care / Community / Welfare services setting desired).
- Experience in planning and managing minor building projects, including risk management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management.
- Able to undertake coordination assessment and life cycle analysis.
- Current Queensland driving license.
- Current or ability to acquire Blue Card & Disability Worker Sceening.
