Purpose

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator assumes a hands-on solution focused approach for all enquiries related to asset management. They will work closely with the Service Delivery Team including Management, Leads, House Seniors and field staff in order to address any property concerns and coordinate contractor support as required.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinating repairs, cleaning, maintenance and renovations.
Assist with general maintenance of houses and yards including general yard maintenance and rubbish and green waste removal.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Maintaining equipment and internal systems, such as heating and air conditioning systems, alarms and security cameras.
Responding to urgent maintenance calls and contributing to emergency preparedness plans.
Managing equipment and supply needs including furniture, kitchen applicances, office equipment.
Liaising with contractors, landlords and service delivery.
Updating maintenance record systems.
