You'll work closely with our Workplace Concierge team to provide the Workplace of the future, and continually seek to improve how we support everyone who visits or attends our office.

Your role will include:

- Manage the smooth running of the office facilities, coordinating office maintenance, managing fleet vehicles, security passes, lockers, repairs, and adhoc projects

- Proactively manage all contractors and suppliers, ensuring all works are conducted in accordance with the contract service agreement
- Maintain contractor health and safety documents including insurance certificates, work cover, public liability etc.
- Preparation of expense claims and invoice coding
- Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

On a personal level you'll have access to flexible work hours, remote work, working holidays, part-time and job share options. You'll continue to grow, thanks to learning and development opportunities that further your eminence, leadership, and professional accreditations. Outside of work, you'll be further supported with competitive paid parental leave, cultural public holiday swaps, plus wellbeing support programmes.
