Here's how a(n) Human Resources Student for our Solar Australia office, starting late November/ early December 2025 contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:
- Being involved in and exposed to various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, training and professional development and health & wellness
- Managing student engagement through various initiatives.
- Assisting with training coordination, reporting and course set-ups
- Coordinating events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, tracking action items, meeting/ interview preparations and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Supporting activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Other duties and projects as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Pursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism
- You must have Australian Working Rights that allow you to work the required hours to be considered for this role
