
Human Resources Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Human Resources Coordinator in our Sydney CBD office. As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administration.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in reviewing and uploading CVs, maintaining the CRM, and sourcing candidates in the Data & Analytics space.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with prospective candidates, understand their skills and career goals, and help organize interviews.
- Onboarding Assistance: Prepare onboarding documents and welcome materials to ensure smooth new hire inductions.
- HR Administration & Engagement: Maintain employee records, assist in HR reporting, and support internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Mentorship from senior team members.
- Potential certifications with modern data stack partners (Snowflake, Data bricks, etc.).
- Hands-on exposure to HR processes and recruitment in a start-up environment.
- Education: Final-year student in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Soft Skills: Confident, talkative, driven, and comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Word and Excel (formulas/macros a plus).
- Personality: Tenacious, eager to learn, and adaptable.
