Job Title: Manager, Workplace Relations

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive workplace relations strategy that aligns with our organization's strategic plan. You will be responsible for managing and resolving complex people and workforce issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • About the Role: The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in employment relations, employment law, industrial relations, or human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive contemporary workplace relations strategy, policy, frameworks, and processes that are compliant and consistently applied.
  • Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to manage workplace relations risk in the context of developing and driving workforce strategies.
  • Build the capability of leaders in managing workplace relations risk and in confident resolution of performance and conduct matters.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in employment relations, employment law, industrial relations, or human resources.
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary best practice in employment relations.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in advising on, managing, and resolving complex people and workforce issues.
