with deep expertise in radio communications to strengthen and grow our strategic client relationships.
Senior Account Manager – Radio Communications
In the role of Account Manager, you will serve as the principal liaison for our valued Motorola Solutions clients, managing and cultivating enduring partnerships. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and loyalty through a thorough understanding of their operational communication needs and business objectives. This position requires a strategic and consultative approach to account management, with a focus on fostering revenue growth and service excellence within the radio communications sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the radio communications industry, specifically clients utilising Motorola Solutions products and services across Australia and New Zealand
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client business needs and Logic Technologies' offerings
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and enhanced service delivery
Collaborate closely with Motorola Solutions technical specialists, product teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored solutions and seamless project execution
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any challenges to sustain high levels of customer retention and long-term loyalty
Maintain precise and timely account documentation, forecasts, and performance reports utilizing CRM systems to support strategic decision-making
Represent Logic Technologies at industry events, client forums, and trade exhibitions to reinforce market presence and client engagement
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager within the radio communications or telecommunications industry, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Motorola Solutions portfolio and technologies
Proven success in managing complex accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets through strategic account development and customer retention
Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling expertise, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of two-way radio systems, infrastructure, and related technologies
Meticulous organisational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple accounts and delivering results under tight deadlines

Strategic thinker, adept at interpreting market trends and client needs to tailor solutions that drive mutual growth
