Located in modern offices in the heart of St Albans, you will be leasing a mixed portfolio of apartments and houses with great landlords.

- Confidence when making calls to prospective tenants and current landlords.
- Well presented and corporately groomed
- An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords.
- An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate and driver's license and reliable car.
- Great support from two department managers, one full-time trust accountant, two Property Managers, and a shared full-time property management administrator.
- Great systems and procedures to help provide quality service to our customers.
- A professional and energetic work environment
- Working with a company that is a market leader and focused on future growth
- Great team events and staff functions.We are looking for you to join our team as a BDM/Leasing Consultant, as we pursue the growth of our agency, who will share a passion for real estate, and the growth of our company. Let's take it to the next level.

The role will require you to follow through on all office generated leads, prospect and keep a very good pipeline of prospects. Enjoying networking is also a valuable skill in this role.

**Salary**: From $45,024.07 per year
