Be the leader of our Workplace Health and Wellbeing Programs.
**The role**:
The Team Lead will be developing and executing strategy for the deployment of our onsite Workplace Wellness programs with a focus on our health assessment and preventative programs.
You will work closely with our clients across Australia in delivering innovative and value driven Wellness programs and you will be the key to the successful management of these relationships.
Our team has a great passion for making a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of our communities.
**Key responsibilities for the role include**:
Develop and grow strategic trust-based relationships with our key client base.
Work directly with client portfolio to plan and oversee excellent delivery of all their HP/IP services.
Establish client schedules and rosters to allow for efficient service delivery resourcing, working closely with the Service Delivery Coordinators.
Drive optimal use of resources and efficiencies in operations.
Establish client reporting.
Develop the execution strategy for the deployment of your key programs.
Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed of competitors in the marketplace.

Degree qualified in relevant discipline such as allied health or business and a strong interest in health & wellbeing.
Minimum 3 + years experience delivering services within a professional services or related industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate/influence team performance.
Understanding of relevant legislation and systems relevant to the Health industry eg: OH&S, IR, Clinical Governance.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple priorities with a history of meeting deadlines.
Critical thinker who is solutions focused.
Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
Hold a current Driver's License.
Have a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
