
Health and Wellbeing Policy Lead

This role is focused on developing and implementing policies to promote employee health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will lead the development of corporate policies to enhance employee health and wellbeing, including streamlined occupational injury and illness management, improved workforce productivity and safety.
- Policies Development: Develop and oversee corporate policies for employee health and wellbeing.
- Injury Management: As the go-to person for serious injuries and Workers Compensation claims, provide support to the team.
- Return-to-Work Plans: Coordinate return-to-work plans and review pre-employment medicals to ensure a fit and healthy workforce.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Wellness professional to join our team. As the Health and Wellness Policy Guru, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies that promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Occupational Health Programs: Develop and manage occupational health programs.
- Workers Compensation Experience: Must have experience working with Workers Compensation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as an in-house occupational health practitioner in a large business is desirable.
