**Business Manager - Community Care**
Located in our St Kilda Road Melbourne Office and reporting to the General Manager - Community Care, we are looking for a highly experienced person to lead the team to ensure growth of market share and continued service delivery to our clients.
This is a critical role required to ensure the business achieves revenue and growth targets in accordance with the strategic plan, managing the supply of Disability Support Workers and Youth workers to clients across Victoria.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Lead the Melbourne Care team and develop action plans that will drive daily activity and revenue growth, with clear accountability and measurable outcomes
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities for the care business, leading a client services team of account managers.
- Lead a team of recruiters to identify and implement recruitment and retention initiatives to meet demand and supply requirements
- Lead a team of dedicated operations consultants to ensure that staff and other resources are efficiently allocated and managed to meet budget and demand requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders enabling smooth interfaces across business / function lines and delivering agreed outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on client staffing deficiencies, projected needs, and casual vacancies
- Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures; and
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned to assist in ensuring the success of HCA.
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role
- BD and Account Management Experience
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading operations/recruitment teams
- High level written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collate and present meaningful reports
- Analytical skills, ability to research and resolve complex issues that support business objectives
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership, team management and development skills; and
- Ability to work autonomously.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business discipline - e.g. finance, commerce
