**The Role**
Your purpose and unique value add is to leverage the Loyalty Experience (branded Help Hub within NRMA Insurance) to realise a broad range of Partnership opportunities that will deliver a mutual value exchange for customers.
You will run the day-to-day business operations of the Loyalty proposition and will provide valued input/insights into the optimisation of the Loyalty Experience Product team (led by Manager, Customer Loyalty, and Payments).
**What you'll be doing**
- Deliver and evolve the Loyalty Partnerships strategy, inclusive of standardised contractual terms, SLA's and risk management processes
- Onboard and manage a growing base of Partners to ensure delivery on customer expectations
- Lead the Partner Governance process
- Manage a team accountable for the day-to-day business operations of the Loyalty proposition.
- Grow this team in line with the growth of the customer base on Loyalty and the requirements from the Partners.
- Working with the leadership team to ensure the ambitions of the Customer Loyalty Program are met
**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of relevant business management experience
- Experience negotiating contracts and management of partners
- Prioritised complex deliverables, negotiated with stakeholders, had technical and design discussions, and run large meetings with stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds.
- Built and analysed cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
