Strategic Loyalty Director Role Overview

The Strategic Loyalty Director plays a pivotal role in driving loyalty strategy and innovation, overseeing the development and enhancement of our loyalty program, forging valuable partnerships, and driving engagement and utilisation of loyalty program components.

This dynamic role involves leading a team that leverages deep member insight to create captivating loyalty content, boost member engagement, and harness analytics for personalised experiences.

By collaborating across teams, the Strategic Loyalty Director ensures loyalty initiatives are effective and innovative, driving member retention and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead loyalty strategy – Design and implement commercially sustainable loyalty strategies that create value for members.
  2. Evolve our app – Oversee the evolution of our loyalty app, enhancing usability, features, and engagement while ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem.
  3. Foster partnerships – Identify and manage external partnerships that deliver meaningful value to members and strengthen our brand.
  4. Develop engaging content – Develop compelling loyalty campaigns and content that excite and engage our members.
  5. Mentor and lead – Mentor and support a team, fostering collaboration, growth, and results.
  6. Increase engagement – Design personalised initiatives, surprise & delight moments, and member-first strategies that increase participation and satisfaction.
  7. Drive performance optimisation – Leverage data and insights to optimise loyalty performance, track KPIs, and deliver reporting.

We're Seeking:

  • 8+ years' experience managing loyalty programs end-to-end: design, implementation, optimisation, and evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Proven strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with strong leadership and team management experience.
