Loyalty Program Manager

The Loyalty Manager plays a crucial role in driving the strategy of our loyalty program, working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful initiatives that enhance member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Loyalty Strategy Development - Design and implement loyalty strategies that create value for members and are commercially sustainable.
  2. Loyalty App Enhancement - Oversee the evolution of our loyalty app, enhancing usability, features, and engagement while ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem.
  3. External Partnerships - Identify and manage external partnerships that deliver meaningful value to members and strengthen the brand.
  4. Loyalty Content Creation - Develop compelling loyalty campaigns and content that excite and engage members.
  5. Team Leadership - Mentor and support a small team, fostering collaboration, growth, and results.
  6. Engagement and Performance Optimization - Design personalised initiatives, surprise & delight moments, and member-first strategies that increase participation and satisfaction. Leverage data and insights to optimise loyalty performance, track KPIs, and deliver reporting to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing loyalty programs end-to-end, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to lead a small team. They will be passionate about creating engaging experiences for members and driving business results.
