**Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Manager passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and transformative change. This role offers significant opportunities to enhance contact centre performance in our Sydney location at Eastern Creek, with the added benefit of free onsite secure parking.

**About the role**:

- Lead the Sydney Contact Centre, driving Customer Experience initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Mentor and develop up to 6 team leaders to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences.
- Implement the National Contact Centre Strategy to elevate performance standards in customer and staff engagement.
- Build a culture of best practices, consistently improving people and customer experiences.

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum 5 years in contact centre leadership, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and employee engagement.
- Expertise in workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, and budget management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high standards of customer service and operational metrics.
- Experience in enhancing sales and customer retention rates.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional people engagement and leadership abilities
