About the Role

Our organization seeks experienced professionals to fill Contact Centre Officer positions.

This role requires handling and resolving various client, family, carer and employee enquiries to ensure effective service delivery and achieve organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client calls, triage and screening, referring onto appropriate teams
  • Providing professional and empathetic customer service to vulnerable clients, their families, carers and employees
  • Responding and resolving customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalating complex queries or issues of concern as required
  • Processing updates or changes to personal information, appointments, treatments or care
  • Coordinating employee and participant care requirements to ensure effective service delivery
  • Recording and database management to maintain high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and mitigating risks

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Proven experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment
  • Professional, resilient and confident with a customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathetic nature with remarkable interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fully COVID vaccinated and booster compliant or medically exempt
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
