**About the role**
The Lead Executive Support provides a range of high-level executive, secretariat and project support to the Executive Director, including providing strategic advice, managing communications and implementing strategies to support the directorate's strategic and operational objectives.

**About you**
We are looking for a passionate individual to join the Office of the Executive Director who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- A high level of communication skills with demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing and management of correspondence.
- The ability to build and nurture relationships and engage effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be proficient at managing conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively with mínimal risk to the organisation
- Demonstrated experience working in a large, complex organisation providing executive support.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
