Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive calendar management for senior executives
  • Providing administrative support for executive Director-related tasks both internally and externally
  • Coordinating travel for executives and broader employees
  • Monthly expense reconciliation for executives
  • Organising and managing meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items, and minutes
  • Tracking and monitoring action items from meetings and workshops
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of team presentations
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and workshops, including venue bookings, travel, and catering
  • Managing corporate administration
  • Leading and supporting special projects as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in an executive support role
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the organisation
