Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of administrative services including customer service, strategic planning, information handling, communication, resource allocation, technology and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day activities of the Corporate Office team, including coordinating the daily flow of business and providing confidential administrative and executive support to the CEO and Executive Management team.
  • Arrange and manage appointments, meetings and conferences, and receive visitors and delegations to the Head Office.
  • Provide support to the CEO and Executive team at meetings by preparing documentation, minute taking and follow up actions.
  • Maintain effective and efficient liaison between The Group and other representatives and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures ensuring that they operate in accordance with requirements and encourage an exemplary environment in which high quality services are delivered through continuous improvements in administrative systems, processes and leading by example.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including co-ordination through to completion to achieve desired outcomes aligned with objectives and organisational priorities as per the strategic plan.
  • Ensure compliance of portfolio-relevant projects in accordance with the Quality & Safety Standards and the company's values.
  • Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
