An exciting opportunity presents to join our team of Executive Assistants who provide administrative and executive management support to our CEO and broader leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Providing administrative support to committees and working groups, including coordinating papers, preparing agendas, taking minutes and providing progress reports on outstanding matters
- Supporting key strategic initiatives and projects
- Being proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes and maintaining process documentation
- Preparing monthly expense claims and reimbursements
- Undertaking projects and arranging events as directed by the leadership team
- Providing office administration support, including maintenance of files and correspondence

About You:

- Proven experience in a senior personal assistant or executive assistant role
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
- Excellent self-management, including the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Experience in establishing and managing data systems, including online survey tools
